Reservations
Procedures:
A) The On-line
Reservation:
1. Once
you find the hotel, transfer or tour services desired you shall
proceed to input the dates to obtain the correct rates.
2. If
you agree on price and availability dates, then you shall proceed
to book the service desired.
3. E-travel
solution.com Safe Booking Engine will ask for your credit card number
to provide confirmation, and will also provide you with a Confirmation
Voucher (the system will let you know which page to print). If you
do not have a printer available then a voucher will be faxed to
you shortly after you made your reservation.
4.
Once you obtain a Confirmation page (whic works as your confirmation
voucher) please print it. Then you will receive an email within
the next 24 hours re-confirming all the information submitted letting
you know that the service you requested has been confirmed. This
email will let you know that your credit card has been succesfully
charged (or not), along with the cancellation policies.
5. We
always appreciate clients replies letting us know that everything
is alright and that they are aware of the purchase.

B) The Off-line Reservation:
Should be either
by email or by telephone call, and we will do all the steps above
for you.
